​Jennifer is the Executive Director of Bloom Institute, offering strategic advisory across business and spiritual counsel in personal life for women in leadership, since 2018.

Focused on reducing suffering, promoting sustainability, and elevating consciousness, people & planet — Jennifer’s primary aim is giving back and lifting the next generation.

A former exec with a career spanning 2 decades across enterprise-level tech & digital transformation, plant medicine healing and advocacy, and founding her own small-cap private equity firm, her work has touched hands and hearts across the globe. Volunteering has included the likes of The United Way, MAPS Canada, and founding Vancouver Women in Technology.

Jennifer’s personal & professional development of herself and others is where her heart continually returns. Forbes-featured, she supports spiritual self-realization and turning awakening and awareness into action and service addressing systemic & cultural disparities.

Having devoted study under countless thought leaders, business mentors, and spiritual teachers, she is a British Columbia Institute of Technology grad in Leadership, and Project Management Institute certified.

Today, Jennifer is focused on ecological preservation at the intersection of land, sea, and soul. In her personal time she shares art and intuitive insights under Love with Lola, in commitment to collective liberation.

Of Portuguese descent, Jennifer divides her time between Canada and the US.
